DESCRIPTION
The existing dwelling is situated on a large 816m² corner block of land with good access to water views. The existing layout lacked functionality and flow of movement at least from a modern point view. It was required to improve the relationship between living, dining and kitchen spaces.
The house exterior was remodeled using Hampton’s Style themes. The final design achieved the following:
- Relocate the house entry to the upper level where all living spaces are located.
- Provide two enclosed carparking spaces.
- Provide a combined living, dining and a new kitchen an extra bedroom, new laundry.
- Reconfigure an existing bedroom to provide a large master bedroom with an ensuite and exclusive access to balcony
