DESCRIPTION
The double-storey entry foyer is reflected externally with a grand gate-like façade. The first-floor Layout is designed around a central circulation hub that is lit through remotely controlled louvre windows within the split skillion roof.
CSR Hebel panel cladding (autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is used for all external walls to achieve a neat paint finish in addition to the benefits of comfort and insulation.
The selected windows were a thermally broken frame product to achieve better energy efficiency.
