DESCRIPTION
The existing dwelling was demolished while a newly built garage and studio remained and were integrated into the new design creating a sheltered yard for the pool and outdoor living.
The double-height living area achieved a 7m height thanks to stepping the floor levels down following the site topography. Living spaces had easterly full-height glazing facing the pool and rear yard.
