Sam is an experienced Building Designer/Architectural Associate with a demonstrated track record of success in the Building Design & Construction industry. With a bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering from Ain Shams University, Sam brings a solid foundation of knowledge to his work. Sam’s expertise lies in House Design and Renovations, Residential Additions, and in-depth knowledge of Sydney / NSW planning regulations. He is skilled in developing design solutions that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines. He is dedicated to ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
